MCR Group which currently employs over 2,700 people nationwide, is seeking a Personnel Manager to join our Personnel division based in our Dublin office.
The role will involve working in a busy environment with an experienced team sourcing and supplying temporary labour, cleaning staff and security personnel to various clients based throughout the country.
The role will involve interviewing candidates, HR responsibilities, remuneration negotiations, and client liaison.
The suitable candidate will have studied to a third level education, will have an interest in staff management, and have good communication skills both written and verbal.
The candidate must also be IT proficient and should be vigilant and proactive, energetic and keen to carve out a successful career in an extremely busy sector.
Excellent OTE to include Salary and Performance related commission available for the right candidates.
