MCR Group, which currently employs over 4,500 people nationwide, is seeking a Spanish, Romanian or Chinese speaking to fulfil a HR Administrator role.

You would be joining our Personnel division based in our Dublin Head Office.

The role will involve working in a busy environment with an experienced team sourcing and supplying temporary labour staff, cleaning staff and security personnel to various clients based throughout the country.

The role will involve interviewing candidates, HR, remuneration negotiations, client liaison, employee relations, helping payroll and handling employees’ queries.

The suitable candidate will have studied to a third level education, will have an interest in staff management, be a good communicator, be fluent in English (both written and verbal), be IT proficient and will be proactive, energetic and keen to carve out a successful career in an extremely busy sector.
