    MCR provide estate security at the Spencer Dock development which includes commercial and residential properties as well as managing surges in traffic within the area due to events in the nearby Convention Centre.

    We manage the roads, carparking, greenspaces, litter control, antisocial behaviour

    24 control room on site which monitors:

    • CCTV
    • Access and egress on site

    Event security to include various events throughout the year such as corporate events at Christmas etc. The control room is located at the bottom of the ramp off Mayor St. We have 24hr security

    336 hours per week.

    Site  Riverside IV

    Contract Duration  2014 – Present

    Riverside IV is a modern office building located in the Dublin Docklands. The development is spaced over three buildings, Blocks A, B and C with an underground car park catering for the development. This includes office space and some 144 underground car park spaces.

    MCR provide a front of house role in both Block B and C meeting and greeting all employees and visitors as they come and go on a daily basis. Ensure the Security and Safety and Comfort of the site, employees, property and infrastructure.

    The role includes the following:

    • Ensuring that all Contractors/visitors are signed in and out
    • Monitor the sites by use of CCTV and continuous patrolling
    • Monitor compliance with site policies
    • Identify, rectify and report hazards or out-of-line situations
    • Respond to emergency situations.
    • Report any breaches and Investigate incidents.
    • Maintain required records.
    • Provide advice and guidance on all security related issues
    • Maintain appearance and professional approach in line with the development
    • Respond to employee enquiry’s
    • Monitor Cleaning staff entry and exit during normal hours and out of hours
    • Respond to requests to have doors unlocked/ access to the car park
    • Internal and External patrols
    • Check Entrances and Exit routes to ensure secure and clear of obstructions
    • Respond to instructions in the event of Fire and Alarm
    • Activations in any of the buildings

    Site Group One Portfolio (Multi Site IFSC and Docklands Contract)

    Contract Duration 2016 – Present

    MCR currently manage Cleaning and Security services to the Group One portfolio buildings for JLL. This portfolio is made up of:

    • 5 Georges Dock, IFSC, Dublin 1
    • 6 Georges Dock, IFSC, Dublin 1
    • La Touche House, IFSC, Dublin 1
    • 1 Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2
    • One Gateway, Eastwall, Dublin 3
    • The Malt House, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin

    Security Services provided include daily concierge, mobile patrols and static guarding.

    MCR regularly respond to reactive callouts for ad hoc Cleaning and Security requirements including emergency clean ups such as the removal of bio hazards and leakages. MCR also supply emergency cover for personnel at very short notice in circumstances of absence or busy periods.

  • Styne House

    Site Styne House

    Contract Duration 2016 – Present

    MCR manages cleaning and security services at Styne House for JLL.

    Security Services provided include daily concierge, building management, mobile patrols, static security, open/lockup and alarm activations.

    Daily Concierge

    • Taking care of all queries from clients, tenants and visitors
    • Ensuring that all visitors that are authorised on the VAP system are signed in and are escorted to the relevant area within the building without the need to contact the relevant site contact. Any visitors that have not been authorised on the system are announced to the relevant contact and then escorted upon the tenant’s approval.
    • Delivering of post and packages as well as arranging courier and postal services for tenants
    • Arranging deliveries of flowers, wine and other ad hoc requests

    Building Manager

    • Managing the BMS system
    • Managing the access and egress of contractors on site
    • Ensuring cleaning is up to standard
    • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on site
    • Updating and implementing the fire evacuation procedures on site and ensuring all tenants are aware of these procedures
