Bollards, Bump Rails and Corner Guards for a Client in the Pharmaceutical Industry

MCR Industrial Engineering & Cleanroom Equipment recently completed a project which consisted of the manufacture & installation of stainless steel 316 bollards, bump rails & corner guards, all manufactured to GMP standard. The project scope included 205 nr. bollards, over 550 linear meters of bump rail & 175 nr. floor to ceiling level corner guards.

Preparation Room Design and Installation

MCR completed a preparation room design for a client in the Pharmaceutical industry. Manufactured from Trespa Toplab® with stainless steel fixings and adjustable shelf. The room consists of a granite balance cabinet, a cabinet with stainless steel sink and a storage cabinet. Concept and manufacture by MCR Cleanroom Equipment & Industrial Engineering with partners Kemmlit.

Maintenance Room Design and Installation

MCR completed a Maintenance Room design for a client in Bio Pharmaceutical industry. Manufactured from 304 Stainless steel fully welded with leveling feet. The maintenance room includes djustable shelving with a bespoke, hygienic GMP pharma and heavy-duty design. Original design and installation by MCR Cleanroom Equipment.

LOTO Bench Station Development and Manufacture

MCR Industrial Engineering & Cleanroom Equipment developed & manufactured a stainless steel LOTO (Lock out tag out) bench station for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The design incorporated an already existing LOTO board. The bench was designed to hold ten LOTO lock boxes with storage space & top surface space for paperwork. This fully bespoke bench was manufactured from stainless steel and food grade plastic to a full GMP standard to be used within a cleanroom environment.

GMP Equipment Trolley Design and Manufacture

Original design and by MCR Cleanroom Equipment of an equipment trolley for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The entire body of the trolley is manufactured using high grade 316 Stainless Steel and Food Grade Plastic (where applicable), conforming to all GMP Cleanroom Standards. The trolley is also equipped with non-marking and anti-static castors.
